Shipping & Returns
We ship across India and abroad from our Delhi-NCR office. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Bluedart and Fedex. For International orders, we ship via India Post.
We charge a non-refundable, flat shipping fee of INR 199 on all orders under INR 1000. Shipping charges reduce to Rs 150 on orders between Rs 1000 to 1499. Orders above INR 1499 enjoy free shipping across India. Please contact us for the International courier charges before placing an order for outside India.
We dispatch both our national and International parcels within 5 working days of receiving the order by standard delivery. National deliveries usually take 2-3 days more. International deliveries usually take 10 days more.
The courier partner delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns and exchanges need to be routed through Customer Care.
On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and sms. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive details of the courier partner and tracking details of your parcel. You can also check the status of your order under "My Account". ONLY In the unlikely event that your merchandise is defective, we at Wrap Along follow a 7 day return policy for Products shopped within India. We request you to email us a photo of the damaged product to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can also WhatsApp on +91 9871198585.
We shall gladly exchange any purchased item for another item of same or more price. Only ensure that the product is in unused condition before you request for an exchange.
We request you to drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp on +91 9871198585 specifying the product you would like in exchange. You can also choose to receive a store credit in return for the exchange which you can use during your next purchase.
We will accept request for exchange only within 7 days of delivery of the product to the customer, provided the product is returned in an unmarked, unused condition. Please keep the packaging and the product in its original condition.
As per the Return Policy, we will issue a bank refund or provide a store credit for that particular amount, provided the following conditions are met:
The Wrap Along Product is not damaged/defective. This will be determined by our team through inspection. The Management's decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or refund shall be final and binding.
Decision of Return/Refund are at discretion of team Wrap Along. Don’t worry, we're a fair and helpful bunch :)
All Wrap Along products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt intact.
Any items that have been altered or repaired will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.
You can also choose to receive store credit for the return.
Both national and international refunds are processed on 5th of every month for the orders placed in the previous month. Banks usually process the refund in 7 working days.
